Pseudonymisation
“Pseudonymisation” means the processing of personal data in such a way that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures which ensure that the personal data cannot be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
File system
“File system” means any structured collection of personal data accessible according to specified criteria, whether such collection is maintained in a centralised, decentralised or functional or geographical manner.

However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the context of a specific investigative task under Union or Member State law shall not be considered as recipients and the processing of such data by those authorities shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection rules, in accordance with the purposes of the processing.

So-called “third party cookies” are cookies that have been set by a third party, and therefore not by the actual website you are currently visiting. Please note that by deactivating cookies you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

Google Analytics
We use “Google Analytics” on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google uses cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your terminal device and enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of our website is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there. If anonymisation of the IP address to be transmitted by the cookie is activated on the website (“IP anonymisation”), your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server outside the EU and shortened there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. In doing so, pseudonymous usage profiles can be created from the processed data. The IP address transmitted when using Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
We only use Google Analytics with the activated IP anonymisation described above. This means that your IP address is only processed by Google in abbreviated form. This excludes the possibility of personal references.
We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and to continuously improve individual functions and offers as well as the user experience. Through the statistical evaluation of user behaviour, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent).

This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account via which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out first. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or designing the website to meet your needs. In particular, such evaluation is carried out (even for users who are not logged in) for the provision of needs-based advertising and to inform other users about your activities on our website.
We use Google Maps in order to be able to show you interactive maps from Google Maps and thus to provide you with a better user experience of our website. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by the third-party provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Google Tag Manager enables us as marketers to manage website tags via an interface. The Google Tag Manager tool that implements the tags is a cookie-less domain and does not itself collect any personal data. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Facebook-, Custom Audiences und Facebook-Marketing-Dienste
Within our online offer, the so-called “Facebook pixel” of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are a resident of the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”), is used based on the consent you have given.
With the help of the Facebook pixel, it is possible for Facebook, on the one hand, to determine the visitors to our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called “Facebook ads”). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called “Custom Audiences”). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not have a harassing effect. With the help of the Facebook pixel, we can also track the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called “conversion”).
The processing of the data by Facebook takes place within the framework of Facebook’s data use policy. Accordingly, general information on the display of Facebook ads, in Facebook’s data usage policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php. Specific information and details on the Facebook Pixel and how it works can be found in Facebook’s help section: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/651294705016616.
You can object to the collection by the Facebook pixel and use of your data for the display of Facebook ads at any time. To delete the stored cookies, please use this Link.
To set which types of advertisements are shown to you within Facebook, you can go to the page set up by Facebook and follow the instructions there on the settings for usage-based advertising: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads. The settings are platform independent, i.e. they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.
You can also opt out of the use of cookies for reach measurement and advertising purposes via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page (http://optout.networkadvertising.org/) and additionally via the US website (http://www.aboutads.info/choices) or the European website (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/).
